About the Building

The Saint George is a luxury apartment complex located in the Crestview neighborhood of Austin, Texas. The scope of work involves ground-up construction of the 340,512-square-foot structure. Incorporating sustainable building practices, the complex consists of a precast garage with 401 parking spaces, 317 resident units, 3,908 square feet of amenities, a 6,746-square-foot pool courtyard, a 1,529-square-foot fitness center and bike room, dog wash station and more.
